Anna Ho ::

Anna is a typical Gemini with degrees in English Literature, Fine Arts, Interior Design and Psychology. Among her numerous interests, her most devoted passions are eating good food and traveling. Her affinity for good food started when she was a toddler, as her 'Ma Jeah' (i.e. an extinct band of professional Chinese domestic helpers from the county of Shunde famous for their excellent cooking skills and long braided hair) developed her palette for yummy food. Starting from the age of 6, she has been trotting around the globe and scouring for good restaurants. Blame it on her parents because they taught her that a vacation without good food would be meaningless and unmemorable. But she stresses that good food does not equate with expensive food and that a cheap meal does not necessarily make it a good one! She now travels about once a month and visits every noteworthy restaurant near and far.

Vancouver born and bred; relocated to the vast and the curious Hong Kong in 2008. Sees life through a prism of good eats, luxe travel, and true love. A lover of food, travel, and cooking. Whether it's cheap eats, frugal dishes, or michelin star dining, there is no discrimination, but the "substance" to be judged. A devoted yogi, and a health and well-being follower, I wish to share my little know-how’s; as a freelance food magazine writer and a honest critic, I wish to share my journey and experiences with interested others. Life's too short to forget life’s stimulating passer-byers. Ultimately, food gastronomy or being at the world's best spa resort is meaningless unless you share it with your most loved. Quote to live by- "live to eat, and not eat to live". I'm truly smitten.
